I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were smaller than expected and had a musty odor, they surprisingly worked well for our group of 3. The cleanliness and condition were disappointing. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, especially the quick problem resolution by the enthusiastic staff. The location was ideal for exploring the city, steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by tram. The dining options were a bit pricey but offered a tasty French breakfast. Despite the room issues, the overall stay was made pleasant by the helpful service and convenient location.
